Junior Member of the Year 2007
We are extremely pleased to report that JUSTINE GWYNN has been named as Junior Member of the Year for 2007 and received a Solent Riding Club Junior jacket in recognition of this achievement. Justine, assisted by her very able pony Kate, has taken part in virtually everything that our junior section has provided. Justine was one of the only club members to take part in the 2006 winter dressage league, she then joined her colleagues at the Mounted Games in February, Easter Training Day in April, Dressage to Music qualifiers in May, Area 17 dressage qualifiers in July, the XC schooling day in October and has joined in the majority of the training for cross country, show jumping and flatwork. As well as always being an enthusiastic and determined member of our club, Justine displays all the attributes we would like to applaud. She is a loyal member, who always seems to enjoy her riding, is sympathetic to her pony, is always polite, on time and nicely turned out, and is the first to offer praise and encouragement to her friends.
